Event Description

Zenith Bootcamp Accelerator is an energising and engaging training programme designed to support players in building strong badminton foundations while accelerating their on-court development. Organised by Zenith Badminton Academy, the bootcamp combines structured coaching, purposeful drills, and game-based learning to help players improve technique, movement, game awareness, and confidence.

The programme emphasises discipline, effort, and enjoyment of the sport, while providing a supportive environment for players to challenge themselves, work collaboratively, and develop healthy training habits. Through focused sessions and guided match play, participants gain valuable exposure that supports their long-term badminton journey.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

1.1 All registrations and payments shall be made through the Company’s designated online registration system.

1.2 A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon:
(a) successful payment; and
(b) issuance of a confirmation email by the Company.

1.3 The User is responsible for ensuring that all registration details provided are accurate and complete.

2. Fees and Refund Policy

2.1 All camp fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the camp.

2.2 Upon confirmation of a booking through payment, all fees shall be strictly non-refundable, including in cases of:
(a) cancellation by the User;
(b) late arrival; or
(c) early withdrawal from the camp.

2.3 Notwithstanding Clause 2.2, a full refund shall be provided where the camp is canceled by the Company due to insufficient enrolment.

3. Camp Closure and Force Majeure

3.1 In the event that the camp is required to be suspended, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, public health concerns, or other force majeure events, the Company shall not be liable to provide any refund.

3.2 In such circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
(a) Reschedule the camp.
(b) Provide alternative arrangements; or
(c) Issue a credit note for the affected portion of the camp, valid for a period determined by the Company.

4. Insurance

4.1 The Company does not provide personal accident or medical insurance coverage for participants.

4.2 Parents or legal guardians are strongly advised to ensure that the participant is covered under an appropriate insurance policy prior to participation.

5. Medical and First Aid

5.1 The Company shall administer basic first aid to participants where necessary and may arrange for emergency medical assistance if required.

5.2 The parent or legal guardian authorizes the Company to seek and obtain such medical treatment on behalf of the participant in the event of an emergency.

5.3 All costs associated with medical treatment shall be borne by the parent or legal guardian.

5.4 Any essential medication must be declared and handed to the Camp Manager prior to the commencement of the camp, together with clear instructions for use.

5.5 The Company shall ensure that its staff is appropriately trained in first aid and emergency response procedures.

6. Program Changes

6.1 All information provided in promotional materials is accurate at the time of publication.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to modify camp schedules, activities, venues, or program content where necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

6.3 The Company shall endeavor to notify parents or guardians of any material changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Photography and Videography

7.1 The Company may capture photographs, videos, or other recordings of participants during the camp for marketing, promotional, and administrative purposes.

7.2 By enrolling in the camp, the parent or legal guardian consents to such use unless prior written notice of opt-out is provided to the Company.

7.3 Such opt-out shall apply prospectively and shall not affect any media already captured or used prior to receipt of the notice.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1 The Company shall collect, use, store, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

8.2 Personal data may be used for purposes including:
(a) registration and administration of the camp;
(b) communication with parents or guardians;
(c) safety and emergency management; and
(d) compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

8.3 By registering for the camp, the parent or legal guardian consents to such collection, use, and disclosure.

9. Child Protection and Conduct

9.1 The Company is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.

9.2 The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:
(a) bullying;
(b) discrimination; and
(c) any form of inappropriate behavior.

9.3 The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in respect of any concerns relating to child safety or welfare, including reporting to relevant authorities where required.

10. Participant Behavior and Removal

10.1 Participants are required to comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines issued by the Company and its staff.

10.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or exclude any participant from the camp where the participant:
(a) engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior;
(b) poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others; or
(c) fails to meet reasonable participation requirements.

10.3 In such circumstances:
(a) No refund shall be provided; and
(b) Any costs arising from the removal, including transport or supervision, shall be borne by the parent or legal guardian.

11. Participant Readiness

11.1 The parent or legal guardian confirms that the participant:
(a) is able to participate independently in a group environment;
(b) can remain without parental supervision for the duration of the camp; and
(c) meets reasonable developmental and behavioral requirements.

11.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where these conditions are not met.

12. Special Needs

12.1 The Company aims to accommodate participants with special needs wherever reasonably practicable.

12.2 Parents or guardians must disclose any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral considerations prior to registration.

12.3 The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether it is able to reasonably accommodate such needs within the camp environment.

13. Parent Feedback

13.1 The Company welcomes feedback and is committed to continuous improvement.

13.2 Any concerns should be raised promptly with the Camp Manager or the Company.

13.3 The Company shall make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues in a timely and appropriate manner.

Liability Waiver

Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Indemnity

In consideration of Zenith Badminton Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) providing training services, events, camps, and related activities (the “Activities”), the undersigned agrees as follows:

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

1.1 The undersigned acknowledges that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with other participants, equipment-related risks, and the possibility of injury, illness, or death.

1.2 The undersigned further acknowledges that such risks may arise from, among other things:
(a) falls, collisions, or physical contact;
(b) use or misuse of equipment;
(c) condition of facilities or courts; and
(d) actions or omissions of other participants.

1.3 The undersigned voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Activities.

1.4 The undersigned represents and warrants that:
(a) they are, or the minor participant is, in good physical condition and fit to participate; and
(b) there are no medical conditions that would render participation unsafe.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

2.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the undersigned hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Company, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the Activities.

2.2 This release applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, save where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2.3 The undersigned agrees that this release shall be binding on their spouse, children, parents, heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.

3. Indemnity

3.1 The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) any breach of these terms;
(b) any negligent, reckless, or wilful act or omission of the undersigned or the participant;
(c) any injury or damage caused to third parties by the undersigned or the participant; and
(d) participation in the Activities, to the extent such claims arise from the acts or omissions of the undersigned or participant.

3.2 Where the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be fully responsible for the minor’s conduct and shall indemnify the Company accordingly.

4. Medical Consent and Responsibility

4.1 The undersigned consents to the Company arranging emergency medical treatment where reasonably necessary.

4.2 The undersigned agrees to bear all costs associated with such medical treatment.

4.3 The undersigned acknowledges that the Company does not provide insurance coverage and agrees to be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained.

5. Parent / Guardian Declaration (For Minors)

5.1 Where the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, the undersigned confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian and have full authority to consent on behalf of the minor.

5.2 The undersigned agrees to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of the minor and accepts all associated risks.

6. Participant Conduct and Removal

6.1 Participants are required to comply with all rules, instructions, and policies of the Company at all times.

6.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or exclude any participant from any Session, class, or camp where the participant:
(a) engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior;
(b) poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others; or
(c) fails to meet reasonable participation requirements.

6.3 In such circumstances:
(a) No refund shall be provided for any unused portion of the program; and
(b) The undersigned shall bear any associated costs, including transport or supervision.

7. Participant Readiness (For Minors)

7.1 The undersigned confirms that any minor participant:
(a) is able to participate independently in a group setting;
(b) can remain without parental supervision during the session; and
(c) meets reasonable developmental requirements for participation.

7.2 The Company reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not meet such requirements.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

8.1 The undersigned confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

8.2 The undersigned acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to seek clarification before accepting this Agreement.

8.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
