Registration

All registrations and payments will be taken through our online registration system. An email confirmation of your registration is sent at the end of the online process.

Refund policy

All camps must be fully prepaid before the camp commencement date. Once you have confirmed your holiday camp by making payment, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed, including in cases of late arrival or early departure. A full refund will be provided if the camp is canceled due to insufficient participants.

Camp Closure

In the event of a medical event or circumstance within or affecting Singapore that requires Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd.’s camps to be closed by the relevant Singapore authorities, Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd will not be obliged to refund all or any part of the fees for any period of closure. In this situation, Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd will make arrangements, where practicable, to ensure the continuity of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd activities or, failing which, will issue a credit note valid for one year.

Insurance

Please ensure your child has up-to-date Accident Insurance.

First Aid

In an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary unless advised to the contrary. During our camps, essential medication must be handed to Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd.’s Camp Manager for safekeeping. As we take our duty of care very seriously, Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd staff are certified in First Aid and CPR.

Available Dates and Activities

All the information in our literature was correct at the time of print. Changes may occur, and Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd.’s camps’ will try to inform parents as quickly as possible. Activity programs are subject to change in circumstances beyond our control.

Photography and Videography

Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs and videos of children on camp for Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd for promotional material. Children may also like to take pictures of each other to remember their time at camp. Please advise us when you book if you have any objections.

Data Protection

You consent to the Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd collecting, using, retaining, and disclosing personal data to safeguard and promote the welfare of your child, and where necessary, for the legitimate interests of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd and ensuring that all relevant legal obligations of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd are complied with. You consent to such collection, use, processing, and disclosure provided that at all times, any collection, use, processing, or disclosure of personal data is done lawfully and fairly per the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012).

Child Protection

Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes all children regardless of gender, ability, race, or religion. Each child attending camp is of equal value and is entitled to equal access of opportunity. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or bullying of any kind. Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd has legal obligations related to Child Protection. As a caring organization, any child abuse or neglect suggestion will be investigated and reported to an official agency.

Special Needs

Our policy is not to exclude any child due to special needs, wherever possible. The needs of each child vary, so decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of support each child requires to fully participate in and enjoy activities at Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd.’s camps. We request that parents of children with special needs contact us to discuss how we can best accommodate their child and consider whether any special arrangements need to be made.

Parent Feedback

We aim to provide the best possible care for all children at all times. Please tell other parents if you are happy with your experience! If you have concerns or suggestions, please let us know. We value your feedback and use it to develop and improve our services. Concerns should be raised initially with us or Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd.’s Camp Manager, who will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Participant agreement, indemnification, assumption of risk, and release of liability:

In consideration of the services of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd., together with all agents, owners, managers, successors, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, partners, investors, participants, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on behalf of the previously named company, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge , on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, my wards, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows:

Assumption and Acknowledgement of All Risks

By agreeing to the terms and conditions above, you agree that, on my own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed participants under the age of 18 (“minors”), as their parent, legal guardian or custodian, knowingly, voluntarily, and freely accept and assume any and all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries or other loss or damage that may be suffered during camp, however caused, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd. You represent that you have full authority as parent or legal guardian of the listed minors.

You agree that you understand that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks voluntarily existing in these activities. Such risks include, but are not limited to, cuts and bruises, falls, broken bones, injuries to wrists, arms, legs, ankles, backs, heads and necks, injuries from flips or contact with other participants, spinal injuries and/or death, and which may occur as a result of use or misuse of the facility in any way by anyone, use of equipment that malfunctions or breaks, and/or improper maintenance of the facility, grounds, or equipment. Further, you agree to have explained these risks to the listed minors. You certify that you and/or the listed minors are in good physical condition for the activities in which you and/or they will be participating and certify that you and/or they do not have any medical condition that may preclude you and/or them from safely participating.

Waiver of All Claims

You agree, on my own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed minors, expressly waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss against Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by me or any of the listed minors, whether arising out of or resulting from my or their participation in activities, use of trampolines or other equipment, parking lots, premises and facilities. This release applies forever, for any date in the future including today’s date, that I or the listed minors may visit the Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd provided facilities, and is further binding on the heirs, representatives and estates of the undersigned and minors.

You expressly and voluntarily agree to waive, release, acquit and forever discharge Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd from and against all claims, damages, injuries, expenses, or death arising out of or resulting from administering of or failing to administer medical assistance to me or any of the listed minors. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I grant Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd the right to request emergency medical services for me and/or the listed minors in the event Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd deem a situation medically necessary and I agree to cover any and all associated expenses.

You agree, for yourself and for the listed minors as their parent, legal guardian or legally authorized custodian, have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. You understand that you have given up substantial rights by signing it and agree to be bound by its terms for yourself and on behalf of the listed minors. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by Singapore law, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.

Child Behaviour

Children, while under full supervision of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd, are expected to comply with all of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd rules and regulations. Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd reserves the right, during any class or camp, to send any attendee home, if in the opinion of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd Management or Camp Manager, the child proves incompatible with the general well-being of camp e.g. bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, special needs not previously known by management, not potty trained. We reserve the right to exclude such children. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, and any costs associated with the exclusion, including transport home, will be the attendee, parent or guardian responsibility.

It is the expectation that all registered attendees of classes and camps that are minors are able to interact in groups, be without their parents for an extended period of time and are potty trained. For all of Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd classes and camps that are for children unaccompanied by parents/guardians, parents or guardians are required to promptly drop-off at the beginning of class and pick-up at the end. Parents or guardians may be charge additional fees should this condition not be reasonably adhered to.

Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd reserves the right to exclude any attendees who do not meet these developmental prerequisites. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, any costs associated with the exclusion, including transport home, will be the attendees or parent/guardian’s responsibility.
